Prepare the Sugar Syrup** - In a saucepan, combine **sugar and water** over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves. - Add **lemon juice** and let it simmer for **5-7 minutes**, until slightly thickened. - Stir in **rosewater** or **orange blossom water** and set aside to cool. ### **2. Prepare the Pastry** - Preheat your oven to **180°C (350°F)**. - In a large bowl, separate the **kataifi dough** strands and mix with the **melted butter**, ensuring all strands are well coated. ### **3.
