 ### **Kesar Pista Dry Fruits Ice Cream** A rich and aromatic **saffron & pistachio-flavored** dry fruit ice cream, perfect for summer! --- ### **Ingredients:** #### **For Ice Cream Base:** - 2 cups heavy whipping cream - 1 cup whole milk - 3/4 cup condensed milk - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder - A pinch of saffron strands (soaked in 2 tablespoons warm milk) #### **For Dry Fruits Mix:** - 1/4 cup pistachios (chopped) - 1/4 cup almonds (chopped) - 1/4 cup cashews (chopped) - 2 tablespoons raisins (optional) - 1 tablespoon ghee --- ### **Instructions:** #### **Step 1: Prepare the Dry Fruits** 1. Heat **ghee** in a pan and roast **pistachios, almonds, and cashews** until golden brown. 2. If using **raisins**, add them and cook for **30 seconds** until they puff up. 3.
